Mayor Jackson Declared Winner After Recount

Linda Jackson is still Vaughan's mayor after a court-ordered recount of disputed ballots cast in last November's tight mayoral race, found her ahead of Michael Di Biase by 90 votes.
The hand recount was ordered by an Ontario judge after Di Biase, the former mayor, challenged the results over "irregularities."
The 90-vote difference is the same as reported on election night.
Di Biase stated that he's satisfied with the result, but would not say anything about possibly filing an appeal.
