Di Biase's Case Moved To Monday

Former Vaughan mayor Michael Di Biase will have to wait until Monday to find out if his bid to declare last fall's election invalid will proceed.
George Rust-D'Eye, the lawyer acting on behalf of the city and city clerk John Leach, moved to dismiss the application yesterday, suggesting there is insufficient evidence to question the election results.
Di Biase lost to Mayor Linda Jackson, by a 90-vote margin.
In December, Di Biase filed an application citing the election was invalid.
