Markham Toddler Clings To Life

An 18-month old baby boy is clinging to life after falling into his family's pool in Markham.
Yesterday at about 12:39 p.m., emergency responders were called to 83 Pringle Ave., in the Hwy. 7 and Wootten Way area, after the boy was found in the pool by a family member.
The child was rushed to Markham Stouffville Hospital and prepared for an airlift transfer to a hospital in Hamilton.
York Regional Police continue to investigate the incident, but do not suspect foul play.
