Sports Report

The Blue Jays fell to the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in extra innings last night 5-4.
Tampa's Carl Crawford hit a lead off home run in the 11th inning, giving his team the victory.
Game two of the three-game series goes tonight in Florida.
Jesse Litsch (3-4) will face Tampa's Edwin Jackson (2-10).

Meanwhile, Major League Baseball's non-waiver trade deadline will occur at 4:00pm today.
There is no indication on whether the Blue Jays will make any deals.
However, there have been rumours involving pitcher Josh Towers and third baseman Troy Glaus.

The Markham Pioneers extended their unbeaten streak to ten games after a 12-0 victory over the Whitby Canadians on Sunday.
The Pioneers face the Thornhill Reds tonight at Bishop's Cross Park.
