York Regional Police have charged a 36-year-old man, after discovering a marijuana grow operation in a Vaughan home.
On Wednesday, officers responded to a Coles Avenue home after a citizen reporterd an insecure residence.
Upon entering, the officers discovered items that suggested the home was being used as a grow operation.
Lai Yan Nguyen of Vaughan has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, production of a controlled substance, and theft of electricity.
