Sports Report

Argentina defeated the Czech Republic 2-1 yesterday, to win the FIFA Under-20 World Cup.
The Czechs opened the scoring, only to watch Argentina tie it up, and then take the lead in the 86th minute.
With the win, the Argentinians capture their sixth U-20 World Cup in tournament history.
The match was played before a sell-out crowd at Toronto's BMO Field.

Roy Halladay and the Blue Jays shutout the Seattle Mariners 8-0.
Halladay pitched the complete game shutout, giving up three hits and striking out three batters.
Troy Glaus, Greg Zaun and Aaron Hill went deep for Toronto, while Alex Rios collected a two-run single.
The Jays open a three-game series against the Minnesota Twins at the Rogers Centre tonight.
Sean Marcum (5-4) will face Minnesota's Johan Santana (11-7).
First pitch - 7:07pm.

Toronto FC wrapped up a six-game road trip, falling 2-0 to the Columbus Crew.
Toronto finishes the road swing with a record of 1-2-3.
TFC returns to BMO Field on Wednesday for an exhibition match against England's Aston Villa.

Padric Harrington beat Sergio Garcia in a playoff round, to win the British open.
