Three men are facing charges in connection with thefts at Engine Control Systems in Newmarket.
Since Nov. 2006, the company has been hit nine times, with quantities of metal worth between $1400 and $8,000 stolen.
At 12:15am, Monday morning, the men were caught on the company's surveillance equipment, allegedly attempting another heist.
Police were called and arrested the men.
Three men from Whitby were each charged with 12 counts of break and enter with intent, seven counts of possession of break-in instruments and seven counts of possession of property obtained by crime.
