Sports Report

The Boston Red Sox beat the Blue Jays last night 9-3.
The Sox were led by pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka, who pitched seven strong innings, allowing just one earned run on five hits and striking out eight.
The loss extends Toronto's winless streak to eight games.
The final game of the series is tonight at the Rogers Centre.
Roy Halladay (4-1) will face Boston's Tim Wakefield (3-3).
First pitch: 7:07pm.
