Toronto's Children's Aid Society will decide if a baby boy found in his foster family's Markham pool last week will be removed from life support.
Tests done yesterday on the 18-month-old tot, are now being reviewed as his fate is decided.
In cases such as this, consultation by the CAS is done with a child's biological family, extended family and foster family, according to a CAS spokesperson.
The 18-month-old baby — whose name has not been released — was discovered last week in the pool behind his foster family's home, in the Hwy. 7 and Wootten Way area.
